*Minimum age to rent is 25.
*Advanced reservation payment of $1000 is required at time of booking to confirm rental rate and reservation with remainder due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. ($1000 advanced reservation payment will be credited towards your rent at time of final payment.) Reservations made w/in 30 days require full payment at time of booking.
*If you notify us of your cancellation thirty (30) days prior to your original arrival date, all money, except for the advanced reservation payment, will be refunded. If you do not cancel your reservation within these limits, you will forfeit your entire reservation payment.
*No Hidden Fees!
*Weekly rates do Not include passes for exclusive amenity packages, these passes are optional. Please ask for more information on these exclusive passes.

Pet Policy:
*A maximum of two (2) trained, mature pets (not to exceed 25 lbs. each) are considered at owner's discretion. *A $300 non-refundable pet deposit is required for pet stays and additional deposits may be required.

*Pet owners will be financially responsible for any damages and extra cleaning.

2 Great Views!: Can you see the ocean & beach from Mermaidia? There are limited views of the ocean and beach from the third floor bonus room, however, the primary views are of the community from the two wrap-around porches. There are also views of the community lake & park! How far is the ocean & beach from Mermaidia? The private, gated beach is approximately 100 yards from Mermaidia or about a 2 minute walk. or load up the beach supplies on to the golf cart and enjoy fun in the sun. This is great for everyone.
Location, Location, Location!: Where is Mermaidia? Mermaidia is just a 2 minute walk from the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Miramar Beach and is located off Highway 98, nestled in the small, private community Gulf Pines. This non-smoking home has two floors of Southern-style wrap around porches that are perfect for lazy afternoons and watching the kids play in the area. Or choose to hang out on the third-floor tower, with its own wet-bar, flat screen tv and fabulous views of the gulf and community lake. You and your family will never want to leave!
Fun things to do!: Are there other exciting things to do near Mermaidia? Whether you are looking for fun in the sun or fine shopping & dining, you have picked the right spot! Mermaidia is nestled in the midst of the best entertainment in Destin! Between Grande Boulevard, Silver Sands Outlets and the Destin Commons, there is enough shopping and eating to keep you busy for weeks! If you would rather ride go carts and bungee jump or even play all day at a water park, you can do that too! There is even charter fishing and championship-style golf in the area! You pick!!!
Guest Book: This house is really awesome! My favorite part is being on the 3rd floor with the big screen on, hanging out on the deck and waiting for the sunset. You can see the ocean from there and even hear the waves! My family and friends had plenty of room to hang out too. Being able to walk to the Private beach is a huge advantage! We didn't have to share the beach with many other people, which gave us a great chance to really enjoy each other and catch up, plus the kids loved crab hunting at night and being able to walk home and share their stories! tristatepools@yahoo.com
