We are brand new and have everything to offer!! From the entrance with gorgeous upscale design and decor, to the 18,000 sq. ft. gulf front continuous swimming pool with a beach like set up which graduates down. To our private gulf access.WE ABSOLUTELY HAVE IT ALL!! Our unit is an efficiency located on the 15th floor, with warm inviting colors, and a private 7' x 17' balcony and a view to die for. Our unit has everything in it including the linens. All it needs is for someone to enjoy it!!!! The best thing about this condo is you don't need to rent a car!!! From Pineapple Willies next door, to Shipwreck Island down the road. Need I Say More??? We also have a One Bedroom for rent.
