Long term rental!: We are interested in renting this property for the next year. If you are a professional moving to this area and looking for a wonderful furnished home, we are willing to negotiate a favorable lease including the Super Bowl period.
Motor home parkng: Just off the patio is a 40' motor home slab w/ water/hookup.
Fruit trees: Several fruit trees give their fruit between Jan 1 and end of Feb. Pick and eat is allowed and the oranges are extraordinary.
