Long term rental!: We are interested in renting this property for the next year. If you are a professional moving to this area and looking for a wonderful furnished home, we are willing to negotiate a favorable lease including the Super Bowl period. An option to purchase can be worked out crediting a portion of the rental payments.
Motor home parkng: The large lot provides a concrete slab for a 40 ft motor home. Exit the motor home and quick access is allowed directly into the house.
Fruit trees: Several fruit trees give their fruit between Jan 1 and end of Feb. Pick and eat is allowed and the oranges are extraordinary.
Golf: The 500 Club golf course is rated 5 stars and offers some of the most interesting mountain holes in the area. About 1 mile from the property. Beyond the 500 there are many other courses about 4 to 15 miles. Arrohead Lakes, Westbrook vistas and Lakes, Corte Belle etc.
Other Activities: shopping, professional sports
