Reservations made in less than 30 days to arrival full payment is required and no refunds on cancellations.
All rates are subject to 12% tax. Cleaning fee is $60.00 per reservation and is due 30 days prior to occupancy, fee waive if rented for 7 nights. Rates subject to change anytime, but will not affect guests who already secured a reservation.
Refunds Cancellation:
Full refund when canceled 60 days prior to arrival. Partial refund is made depending on re-lease of the property if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, reservations made in less than 30 days to arrival full payment is required and no refunds on cancellations. The $150.00 Security/damage deposit is refunded back after inspection & within 7 days after departure.
Rental Agreement is sent at time of reservation via fax or email. -
