Welcome to your palm desert vacation getaway oasis. Casa del Oro is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with an amazing floor plan, located in the exclusive Palm Desert, California. Set at the foothills of the beautiful San Jocquin mountain range, enjoy the spectacular mountain views from your master bedroom or while you relax dipping your toes in the expansive non chlorine swimming pool listening to the two waterfalls gently trickling in the background. Vacation in the Palm desert community is all about the warm weather, sunshine, the garden and swimming pool. Palm Desert enjoys on average 330 sunny days per year. The garden is beautifully set around the large pool and spa with two waterfalls, the pool features are all operated with a remote control unit. The pool is the latest chlorine free salt water pool; the spa can quickly heat up to 98 degrees within 20 minutes from cold. The pool also has multi colored lighting for night time enjoyment.

- The large master bedroom has patio doors that open overlooking the swimming pool and spa, and looks to the stunning mountain views, an en suite bathroom with his and her mirrors and counter tops. Bedding is luxurious king size bed brand new for the season with fresh and new sheets. There is a 32 inch brand new TV with DVD player and cable with premium HBO channels. There are two wardrobes, one of which is walk in. The other two bedrooms feature queens sized beds again new for the season with fresh bedding and sheets. Each room has a large TV with DVD player. And a spacious wardrobe for clothes. There is also a queen sized pull out bed in the living room for last minute guests. The spacious living room has a pull out queen sized 3 seat sofa for extra last minute guests, and love seat sofa as well. The room also features a 60 inch TV with full surround sound cable, DVD and CD player for your entertainment.
