Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please contact owner by e-mail or phone to confirm rates. Cleaning rates are based on 6 people.
- CALL OWNER I am offering a SPECIAL discount of 10% off the rental rate if you book your vacation in the year 2012(Weekly Only) before May 1st, 2012. This means you can reserve a time in May, June ,etc and still get the discount if you book before May 1st. It's time to think about your next mountain vacation. Call 352-357-7845
For other SPECIAL rates contact owner.(Ex. September 10% discount for weekly rental) - CLEANING: Rates for this service are based on a normal amount of laundry and general cleaning of house for up to six people. If more than normal amount of laundry or if house is left in disarray or excessively dirty there will be an additional charge .If you are going to have more than 6(six) people we suggest that you may want to bring extra towels.
EXTRA CHARGES: Extra charges may apply if more than six people are staying at Dogwood Ridge.
