And now all guests receive 10% off their ArborTrek Canopy Tours!
All fee-based activities, including children's camps and childcare services, are available through the resort at published rates. - We require a $200 advance deposit at the time of reservation. The first half of the balance is due 45 days before arrival with the second half due 14 days before arrival. Cancellation refunds vary according to amount of notice given.
We do not offer long-term rentals. We will discuss rental property trades.
We may be offering last-minute discounts, so don't hesitate to contact us about the upcoming weekend or a spontaneous get-away!
We accept personal, business, and cashiers checks or money orders. We accept PayPal payments and credit cards via Square.
We offer discounts to all of our repeat guests and to all new guests referred by previous guests.
Stays that overlap rental rate period beginning/ending will be calculated based on the average per-night fee.

- The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a premium AirDream mattress for an excellent night of rest for every guest who sleeps on it. (http://www.airdream.net) There is also a single sleeper in a fold-out ottoman. We have provided a travel-style crib for use as needed in our condo. The capacity of our home is 4, but will accommodate 5 as long as at least 2 members of the group are under 18.
