The views get better the higher the floor. The building is just a few feet from the Pacific Ocean. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, an island, Italian tiled floors and a dropped ceiling with indirect lighting. New 50 inch Wide Screen TV. The bedroom features a King-Size Deluxe Temperpedic Mattress Bed, large closet, bedside tables, and dresser. The bathroom features Italian tile and a corian counter top.

The views are dramatic with the islands of Molokai and Lanai directly in front, there is a sensation of actually being on the ocean, a feeling of being on top of the world as you watch the whales breach and the rainbows and the sunsets. Views of the snorkeling reef are directly below. Also, There is an unobstructed north view down the beach from the side window. Many guests say this is the best view on Maui. It truly is spectacular!
