Gaylord Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $150 security deposit is required plus the $100 cleaning fee. A 50% deposit of the total (rent, security deposit and cleaning fee) will confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
Security and cleaning deposits are 100% refundable if the cabin is left clean and ready for the next occupants. - If the cabin is left clean, laundry / dishes done, floors clean, etc. and no damage to anything the total security deposit and cleaning fee - $250 - will be refunded within 10 days of your departure.
