- Cleaning fee is refunded if cabin is left clean and ready for next occupant
- A $150 security deposit is required plus the $100 cleaning fee. A 50% deposit of the total (rent, security deposit and cleaning fee) will confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
- If the cabin is left clean, laundry / dishes done, floors clean, etc. and no damage to anything the total security deposit and cleaning fee - $250 - will be refunded within 10 days of your departure.

Gaylord Chalet Details
Swimming beach: The beach is approx. 200' from the deck across the yard. It is sandy with a gradual slope to deeper water. Very good swimming for kids. Go another 250' and you will be at the DNR public access with a cement boat ramp. Plenty of room for boat trailer storage at the chalet.
Guest Book: We loved your Lake Manuka home. It was cozy, convenient and plenty big for our family. We were only 20 minutes away from downhill skiing. Cross country skiing was great right out the door. We are looking forward to returning in the summer. gurchik@icc.edu We had the best ever family time. The kids fished, canoed and swam to their hearts content. You have a very special place and we want to rent again next year July 4th-July 18th, 2009 lmateer@eatoncounty.org The cabin is just what it said it was and more! The lake right in front of the house is great for kids. Short walk to great swimming beach. I loved the fact it is nice and quiet, very private.
