Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Refer a friend and receive a 15% discount on your stay! Stay 1 week or more, discount available.
- 50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If funds are not received according to the above schedule, your reservation is subject to cancellation. Cancellations made by the renter 60 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival forfeits full payment. A cleaning fee of $175 is required.
- Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. If the house is not booked directly before or directly after your stay, the check-in and check out times are sometimes flexible. Please email/call for details.
