Cimarron Cabin Summary
This luxurious newer cabin is nestled at 9600 feet elevation in the Northern San Juan Mountains of Colorado. It features private fishing lakes and immediate access to countless high country activities. Seclusion, wildlife and gorgeous views abound.
Downstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed, a full bath, a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a living/dining room with a wood stove. The large 2nd floor loft has two Queens, a Double bed, a full bath with whirlpool and a desk/office area. There is a full RV hookup immediately outside the cabin.

Our cabin is located in a very beautiful area with other secluded cabins on 1 to 1 1/2 acre lots. In winter the last mile to the cabin is accessible by snowmobile, skis, or snowshoes only. (Transportation to and from the cabin by snowmobile and sled can be arranged.) In fall the colors are gorgeous and the hunting nearby is fabulous. We are a short distance to the Black Canyon of Gunnison, Blue Mesa Reservoir, and several 'fourteeners'. Three private lakes within walking distance are stocked yearly with trout.

A damage deposit of $150.00 per pet may be required in addition to the basic $250.00 damage deposit. Holidays and the day preceeding and following are 180.00.
- A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold your reservation. Upon your arrival, the deposit converts to a damage deposit. The deposit may be refunded for a cancellation occurring at least 45 days in advance of the reservation date. After that time no refund of deposit is available unless we are able to rent the cabin for the canceled days.

There are four pairs of snowshoes and three pairs of cross country skis available at the cabin. Bring your own ski boots with single bar toes clips for the skis. Snowmobiles are available for rent in Gunnison. We can arrange free snowmobile transportation to and from the cabin if you desire it.
There is an espresso machine. Bring your own ground espresso. There is a coffee grinder for drip brew.
There are two guitars for your use.
