Great new apartment with deluxe accommodations. Very private and just one mile to the beaches in Lee and Collier County. Quiet residential Shores area is close to everything you could ever want for a wonderful vacation. Canal across the street and nice little fishing area right down the street. Apartment is tiled throughout and offers a full sized kitchen and laundry in the garage. Very private screened roofed lanai. Shared small pool in courtyard.

Bonita shores is just one mile to Bonita Beach or Lely Barefoot Beach. You can walk to a couple restaurants, the infamous Royal Scoop and 7-11. You can also walk down to a small dock and fish in the bay if you like. The location is ideal and within driving distance to just about everything you would ever want to do.

- $500.00 deposit when making a reservation. 1/2 of balance is due within 120 days of arrival and balance is due in full 60 days prior arrival date. If less than 60 days when reservation is made the balance will be due within 10 days of making the reservation. $250.00 Security deposit added on and will be refunded less and damage or loss. A dog may be considered please submit what type and size. An additional pet deposit of $250.00 will be collected and $150.00 will be refunded less any damage or flea problems.
