Parking is not included as such in the rental as it is really easy to park on the street, with few restrictions, and there is always space available. However arrangements can easily be made with the owner for parking in the alley when needed (for example if you need to leave the car in Montreal during a trip elsewhere, after snowstorms while the streets are being cleaned up etc.)
