Imperial River Retreat's spaciousness permits privacy for family members. There is an endless list of tourist attractions in the area. Shopping centers are nearby, yet nature preserves are only minutes away. A typical day could include a morning art class, afternoon golf, a dip in the pool, and an evening at a dinner theatre.

There is a separate laundry room, convenient to the master bedroom, with a wide counter for folding clothes and plenty of cabinet space.
The two main bedrooms have walk-in closets, and are at opposite ends of the house, affording total privacy. In between, there is a very large 'Florida Room' that may be used as a sitting room or a sleeping porch. The Large living/dining room has a couple of big leather sofas, and opens onto the pool deck, the Florida Room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, and has a breakfast nook. The double garage has ample space for two longer sedans, plus motorcycles or bikes, and plenty of cabinet storage. The very large patio is perfect for tanning or dining out-of-doors. The pool and pool deck are screened.
