Mesa Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

OCT-MAY: Monthly=$3300 Bi-weekly=$1800 Weekly=$950 Less then 7 nights = $165 per night
JUNE-SEPT: Monthly=$2500 Bi-weekly=$1400 Weekly=$800 Less than 7 nights = $125 per night
50% of rental fee + $500 security deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due one(1) week prior to arrival date. Three (3) weeks cancellation notice is required for full refund, less $100 processing fee. If cancellation is less than three(3) weeks prior to arrival, only security deposit will be refunded. Personal checks and credit cards accepted.
