Clinton House Details
The fishing is excellent. : Fishing season is open from late April to late October. If you like crayfish, they are abundant as well. We can usually get our limit of trout in a couple hours of fishing. There are also bass, which enthusiasts fish for primarily in the mornings.
The master bedroom suite is romantic & comfortable: There is a great view of the lake right from the bed, looking through the 8 foot sliding glass door. The king size cherry sleigh bed has a very comfortable mattress. There is a satellite TV in the room. The master bathroom is huge with a big corner Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and 2 sink vanity.
The Views: The view of Deer lake dominates the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen also looks out at the lake. One end of the L shaped living room makes a cozy entertainment area with a 32 inch TV connected to a satellite dish and DVD player. We have a few DVDs and Karaoke disks, or rent them about a mile away.
Guest Book: Hi John and Yan Well, what can I say! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent Deer Lake house, we have had the most fantastic two weeks vacation on Whidbey and topped by excellent weather it was rather hard to come home! We did get about alot but also just chilled at the house - current score fish wise - Fish 0 Virtues 0 but had better luck with the Crawfish - think Tom caught a total of 16! We got into Seattle twice, went Kayaking off the San Juan Islands (and on Deer lake!!), went to the Olympic State Park, Boeing Factory, and lots of places around Whidbey. Everyone there is so friendly..............
