The rates quoted are for a 4 person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $70 per week + 12% tax
per person over 4 occupants. Maximum 6 occupants. Condo reservation confirmed only upon receipt of required reservation security deposit:
Jan 15-April 30 - $800 security deposit will be refunded 30 days after departure in accordance with rental agreement.
May 1-Jan 15-$400 security deposit, will be refunded after 30 days departure in accordance with rental agreement).
A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of the initial security deposit.
Total rental charges must be received 21 days prior to check-in, upon receipt of keys.
Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved.
All payments must be made in US funds by bank - Rates and tax are subject to change.
Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).
Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, RVs, campers, commercial trucks are not permitted on the property.
