For example, the closest, (1800sq ft VS 2100sq ft size-wise) property is a three bedroom, three bath unit at Marriott's Aruba Surf Club timeshare resort designated 'Oceanview' (In Marriott terms, that's at the back end of the second building with a side ocean view, 420 feet set back from the beach- compare that to OceanFRONT at Oceania 222)
