The home has a state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless appliances, cherry cabinets, and slab granite counter tops. Any gourmet cook will feel right at home with the double convection ovens, microwave, dishwasher, 5 burner gas cooktop, and warming drawer. Outside There is a built-in gas barbecue with rotisserie!
Plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room that seats 8, the nook table that seats 4, the eat-bar that seats 3 and outside table seating for 10. There is a formal living room in addition to the family room with a loveseat and large sectional with a 52' screen TV, DVD player, and surround sound. For you sleeping comfort there are 3 bedrooms, each adjoining a bathroom and each with extremely comfortable pillow-top king beds. Additional sleeping can be arranged with sleeping bags and air mattresses.
Horseback riding, hiking, and biking can all be enjoyed year-round at South Mount Park that abuts to this gated subdivision! Within 5-20 minutes from the home you have ample selections of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, spas, and theaters. Come Experience this fine home that guests have come to know as 'The Spa Resort'!
Golf: Golf is KING in Phoenix Arizona! There are several courses to choose from only minutes from the house! The Raven, The Legacy, The Vistal & The Bougenvillea just to name a few!
Guest Book: Better than any 5 star hotel in Phoenix! The home is immaculate and when you walk in the door you will feel right at home and never want to leave. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. The backyard pool area is fantastic.
