Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100 per night. $300 fully-refundable security deposit. Longer stays receive discounted rates.
- Rates are all inclusive - no tax, no utilities, no cleaning fee. 50% deposit required upon confirmation of booking. 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No cancellations prior to 45 days. Cancellations must be in writing. $100 cancellation fee. Fully-refundable $300 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival and will be refunded upon inspection of home unless there is any damage or loss of contents.
