Interesting facts/liability/mechanical failures:: Mechanical Failures: While we strive to ensure the equipment is in good working condition, sometimes things do break down. If we are notified of a problem we will do our best to get any problem corrected on a timely basis. Refunds or rate adjustments are at our Discretion. We will do our best to remedy any problem you report to us, but some things are beyond our control. Liability: Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims, injury, direct or indirect consequential or otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and /or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Policy Statements/Cancellation/Check In/Out: Noise/behavior violations: Consideration of our neighbors is utmost of importance to us - if any repeated complaints as a result of loud noise/disturbances go unheaded - tenant will be asked to leave the premises with no refund. Cancellation Policy:: 100% refund of deposit for reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date. 50% refund of deposit for reservations cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date are responsible for the amount of the entire cost of the booking, pending our ability to re-rent; Credit for other booking is an option. Check-in / Check-out policy Check-In time is 4pm. Check-Out time is 11am. Late check-out will be considered, but not guaranteed. Please call the day prior to your departure to see if late check-out is possible.
