Bozeman House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$2,400/three night minimum .. $4,800/week (6 night/ 7 days) ** Note Holidays
Plus additional fees to be explained in the Policy Agreement.
$250 per additional person per night if over 10 people.
$300 Cleaning Fee.
4% Booking Fee.
7% Montana Bed Tax.
$1,000 Refundable Security Deposit.
**Holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas are $8,000/week.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy: We understand that plans sometimes change. Cancellation of reservations 60 days prior to arrival will result in loss of rental fee. -
Refundable $1,000.00 security deposit required when booking. If you book within 60 days, we will require full payment at the time of booking. All payments are due 60 days before arrival. All payments (except security deposit) are non-refundable unless the home is rebooked for the same dates. There is a standard Policy Agreement to be signed at time of reservation.
Please note the additional fees to the rental rates; $250.00 per additional person per night, $300.00 Cleaning Fee, 4% Booking Fee and a 7% Montana Bed Tax.
Be Courteous – No smoking is allowed in the home and No pets are allowed on the property or in the home. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering, and grocery shopping can be arranged with prior notice.

- Bedrooms: The home has four bedrooms; the master bedroom has one king bed including a gas fireplace and double doors to the wrap around deck and scenic view, the two upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed each, and the bonus room has two double futons. The Ridge can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably.

Services Available: : CastleKeepers, your local concierge, is available to arrange additional helpful services such as maid service, grocery shopping, catering, baby-sitting, area activities, etc at an additional charge and advance notice. Remember to ask about our free local activities and travel packet.
Activities On-Site & Nearby: : Game Room, Exercise Room and Sauna: Enjoy playing a family game, ping-pong or air hockey in the game room or get your daily workout in the exercise room with two tread mills, afterward relaxing in the sauna. All can be experienced at The Ridge. Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting, biking, skiing (just to name a few) and all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer.
Other Details: : No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home. There is a local phone at this home, although cell service is good. There is also a washer and dryer at the home, firewood, air-conditioning and all the things that make a home. All CastleKeepers Home properties have fully equipped quality kitchens, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, dish and hand soaps.
