Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Oct-Feb .. $6000/week.
$500 Deposit (Will be returned within 2 to 3 weeks upon satisfactory inspection).
35% of Total Rate must be paid to reserve condo.
Remaining Balance and Deposit Due 60 Days prior to Rental Date.
Minimum 1 Week Rental - Rental Week is from Saturday to Saturday.
Check In at 3:00 p.m. / Check Out by 10:00 a.m.
A Housekeeping Fee $300 plus 11.5% tax will be added to all rates.
