This newly renovated condo has a Delta theme with an Oxford slant. Location has cable, stereo, wi-fi internet with a lounging room that looks over the 6th hole of the Grand Oaks golf course (as does the master bedroom). Convenient location 1/8 mile off Hwy #7 near convenience store (gas, carwash, Popeye's chicken). !/2 mile from overpass of Hwy #6 & 7, 1/2 mile further up #7 to University Avenue exit with shopping center with grocery and package store in sight when you reach the stop sign. Three lights to Lamar and you take a right and are at the town square or you can continue west straight to the University. If you would like to have food and drink delivered before you arrive let us know at least two days in advance.
