Cape San Blas House Details
Beach and pet-friendly: You wont find any condos or high rises here – just miles of beach and water. Indian Pass is on a lovely peninsula with the Gulf on one side and Indian Pass Lagoon on the other. This area and beach is pet friendly so bring your “furry kids” too and let them enjoy the beach and water too. The house is set up with pet gate on the deck to keep them from heading to the beach on their own.
Boating and Fishing: Pass View is located just 1/4 mile from the Indian Pass boat ramp which gives boating access to the Gulf, Apalachicola Bay and a host of inland waterways. You can leave your boat in storage near the ramp for only $5 per day. This area features world class fishing and the best oysters on the planet. Stop at the Indian Pass Raw Bar for some oysters and a touch of local color. Don’t have your own boat with you? Rent a kayak for your own use at the beach and explore the waterways via kayak. You can drive or walk the ¼ mile down the beach and take the shuttle to enjoy pristine St Vincent Island. There are lots of fishing charters and boat excursions that launch at the Indian Pass boat ramp. The house even has its own fish cleaning station for you to prepare your catch for that seafood dinner on the deck.
House Description: The house offers all the amenities, including full laundry facilities, dual zoned air conditioning, stereo, TVs, DVD, VCR, wireless DSL, unlimited free long distance, and gas grill. It has two large covered decks plus an open ground level deck looking out over the gulf. A private outdoor shower lets you shower straight from the beach. The house features an open floor plan with great gulf views from kitchen, living room, dining area and master bedroom. The second floor beach side master features a king size bed and large master bath with tile floor, Jacuzzi garden tub, separate shower, double vanities and walkout to the upper deck. The second master bedroom on the upper level has a queen sized bed and private bath. The main level bedroom is attached to a full bathroom too. The loft provides sleeping for four and is a great place for the kids to hang out and play video games or watch movies.

St. Vincent Island to the east and the Gulf to the west make for a lovely combination. The deck off the master bedroom is fantastic for relaxing while enjoying the great view. There is rarely time when dolphins are not visible in the pass. One afternoon one jumped fairly high out of the water just in front of the living room windows and we almost felt we were at Sea World!”” And another, “We enjoyed the perfect honeymoon in this beautiful home. We loved the breeze, the sounds of waves and secluded beach. The nights were full of more stars than we’d ever seen and the mornings were full of bright and peaceful light. “
