Bingham Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Based on an occupancy of four.
- Our rental rates are $600.00 per week. $250.00 for a weekend (Friday, and Saturday nights), and $100 per weekday night based on an occupancy of up to 4. Each additional adult will be charged $25.00 per night, and children between the ages of 5 and 12 will be charged $15.00. Children under 5 stay free. We also charge 7% tax, and a $50.00 cleaning fee. We have a two night minimum stay.
A 50% deposit is required to book the reservation. A $250.00 refundable security deposit will also be required prior to your arrival. As soon as it is confirmed, that the cabin has been left in the same condition as when you arrived, your deposit will be quickly refunded. You should have your deposit within one week of your leaving if everything is found O.K. - All pets require prior approval. Only well mannered dogs will be permitted, and you must clean up after them. A $10.00 a day fee will be charged for each pet.

- Master Bedroom on Main level has 0ne Queen Bed. Second Downstairs bedroom has a full size bed. Upper Loft has two bedrooms one with 2 twin beds and the second upstairs Loft has 4 twin beds. This open loft gives a spacious open feel to the cabin.
