A separate washroom contains a large capacity washer and dryer. The living room has two large leather sofas and features an entertainment unit housing a large screen HDTV with surround sound, DVD player, VCR, Stereo system with CD and high speed internet access. The living room also has a gas fireplace for chilly evening. The three bedrooms are nicely furnished and each has its own ceiling fan and TV. The master bedroom also contains a half-bath. The home has off-street parking for 1 automobile and comes equipped with beach badges and beach chairs.
