Spring Green Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental Rates are Seasonal & range from $115.00 - $129.00/night based on double occupancy for a 2 night minimum stay; for an additional 1 to 2 people total during the same 2 night minimum stay, $20.00/night/person applies (4 person occupancy max.).
Single night stays will only be considered for Midweek nights (Monday - Thursday) & are subject to an additional $15.00 added to each Midweek rate.
When a Holiday or Holiday Eve falls in the Midweek Period, Weekend rates only apply.
Security Deposit of $100 for a 1st time renter is required & is refundable no later then 10 days after check out.
Payment of the Rental Total in Full 30 days in advance is required & is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to date; within 30 days cancellation refund will be calculated on the Rental Total minus an administrative fee of $50, balance then divided by 30, then multiplied by the number of days of 30 remaining.
8% inclusve Admin.Fee & Security Deposit payments are required upon arrival. - No refund for early departure or additional Guest Member's non-arrival once occupancy has been taken.
If your period of stay initiates or concludes on a Midweek night (Mon - Thurs) and includes the Weekend ( Fri,Sat & Sun nights), the Midweek Rate will be honored for the length of your stay.
MidWeek nights are Mon - Thurs
Weekend nights are Fri - Sun
