- One of our children's rooms has 2 double beds, the other has a queen, and the Master has a king. There is also a comfortable double sleeper sofa in the screened porch/living room, which could be moved inside, if you need to sleep 10. We have wicker couches and misc chairs that could be moved into the TV area, if the sleeper sofa is needed as a bed inside. Whatever you prefer! We also have many toys, games, swimming pool, pool toys, mountain bikes, DirecTV. Should have wireless Internet set up by the first week in December, to use your own laptop with. Probably dial-up speed, but we're in line for high-speed shortly, so who knows!

Ojochal House Details
Our family consists of 2 parents, a 15-yr old boy, and 9-yr old girl. This will give you an idea of the toys, games etc that are available, and how the rooms are furnished. We would love to welcome you and your family to our comfortable home, and if you are pet-lovers, our pets will love you too! Decorate a palm tree for Christmas! Have a sumptuous meal at one of our wonderful local international restaurants. Enjoy the pool and pool toys at all hours of the day. Explore the caves at Playa Ventana and run right in to the 80-85 degree ocean, year round. Mountain bikes, Boogie boards and surf board also available for a low price per day.
50% deposit necessary to reserve booking. Refundable if cancelation is made at least 8 weeks prior. Half refundable if cancelation is made at least 6 weeks prior. Non-refundable thereafter. Deposit can be made through Paypal. Please email for details. Thank you.
