- The Master Bedroom, accessed by a glass bridge, has a 270 degree view over the ocean and the surrounding hillsides, as well as a private balcony with seating to enjoy the views. There is a walk in closet area off he en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a private 'Julietta' balcony and ocean views as well as an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs and furnished with a queen sized futon. There are large sliding windows giving access to a private terrace. The bathroom is just adjacent to this bedroom. The cable TV is in this room. All rooms have a/c and fans. There are 2 twin sized mattresses for additional guests as well as a second queen-sized futon. All rooms have air conditioning, fans and cable TV.

Playa Ocotal Villa Details
The Main House or the Guest House?: The house is a wonderful place to spend a few days, but if you would prefer something smaller, or less costly, then the Guest House could be for you. It has its own separate entrance and three bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with two burner stove, toaster oven, microwave and refrigerator. Each of the rooms opens onto a private deck and all have views on the ocean, which is just a three minute walk away. As a visitor in the Guest House, you have full access to the swimming pool, where beach towels, loungers and a shower are provided. The rooms can be rented separately or in any combination. Please email for availability.
Planning your trip: If this is your first visit to Costa Rica and you would like some advice or assistance with your planning, please do not hesitate to ask. As well as suggesting local places of interest that you might like to visit, we can help with your car rental requirements or organize a pick-up from the airport.
Catering & Special Events?: If you would like to organize a special event, then we can certainly help with this. We know excellent restaurants in the neighborhood and can help you arrange delivery of meals as required and we have contacts with highly trained caterers who can do in-house catering ranging from local specialties to sushi, depending on your tastes.
