10/07 Built 2300 SQ FT. Furnished 10th Floor condo with WiFi overlooking Inter coastal waterway/Ocean views. MasterBR-King, 2nd-Queen, 3rd-Twin Beds, Twin Air Mattress. Each room has Flat Screen TVs, telephones, walk-in closets (2 Master Br), ceiling fans, verticals, and Balconies. DVD players. Very large master bathroom with his/her shower heads, double sinks, and jacuzzi overlooking the inter coastal waterway. Patio with electric grill and seating. Balcony outside Dining room. Linens, Towels, Seating, Dishes, cooking utensils for '12'. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and walk-in pantry. Secured underground parking space, semiprivate elev (vacant next door), exercise room overlooking beach. Just bring Beach chairs and toys.
As a guest of Palma Bella, you will have all the privileges as an Owner and may use any of the amenities the Palma Bella has to offer. There is a 1 month minimum stay requirement. Can't cross months. Non Smoking & No pets please

St. Augustine is hour away. See attractions at Daytona Beach Convention Center. Water Rides behind the Convention Center. Take a walk on Beach Street to see all the unique shops and restaurants.
