Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates are for the entire villa and there are no add-ons and no service charges. Odd days in addition to one week are sometimes available and will be pro-rated.
If you wish to rent the villa over New Years and Christmas for 2 weeks, you can rent both weeks at a discounted rate of $6,500 per week. - Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations prior to the 30 days before arrival would result in a refund of the deposit less a 15% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation within that 30 day period may not give us the time needed to get a re-booking for the vacancy created.
If we're unable to re-book, we would not refund your payment. However if we are able to re-book the villa, we would refund your payment less the 15% cancellation fee. For those busy vacation times, we take a 50% deposit and the balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no refund policy for the major holiday weeks of Easter, Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years since we would have turned down numerous rental inquiries for these time periods.
Please consider taking out trip cancellation insurance which will cover last minute emergencies.
