  • Low Season-Two Guests .. $85/night (3 night min) .. Additional guest $10/night.
  • $50 Cleaning fee. Reservations Confirmed On Receipt of 50% Deposit. Balance Due 60 Days Prior To Arrival. If Balance Not Rec'd 60 Days Prior, Deposit Is Forfeited, Reservation Is Canceled. Full Refund Will Be Provided Up To 90 Days From Reservation Start Day. 89 Days or Less-Payment Will Not Be Refunded If the Unit Remains Unrented.
