The home sits at marker #2 close to the Boone Lake Dam. This home offers all the extras with 6 bedrooms 4 bedrooms have your own TV, queen, king and full size beds and bunk bed. There are 5 outdoor decks with outdoor patio furniture and beautiful views of the lake. Bring you boat and enjoy your own private boat house. This home has 2 Jet Ski lifts and a floating dock where the kids can swim or play on the paddleboat. This home is over 3500 sq feet it offers 2 full kitchens. The 1st level has a full kitchen, game room with pool table, master bedroom suite and a full bath. The main floor kitchen is fully equipped with every thing your family needs for cooking those great meals. The outdoor deck on the main living area has a large gas grill. All the bed linens and bath linens are provided. We also include a paddle boat for your family's enjoyment. There is no phone or Internet service. There is cable TV in each bedroom and a video and DVD library, The home has a game room with a pool table. This is a non Smoking home and is not pet friendly. Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas. There is a large outdoor gas grill and a outdoor hot tub that overlooks the lake. This home offers a private boat house, 2 jet ski lifts and a floating dock.
