Step through the sliding glass doors from the Master Bedroom or Living Room to the Private Balcony with one of the best views in Surfside and you’ll never want to leave! Our 2nd Bedroom has one Double (new 2008) and one Twin bed with colorful bedding. New carpeting, ceiling fan and LCD TV were added in 2008. In addition, DVD player and Nintendo Gamecube with two controllers and 6 games are included to help the kids - or you - wind down from the day at the beach! The Guest Bathroom was also remodeled in 2008 with new contemporary Maple Vanity w/Granite vanity top, ceramic floor tile and new toilet.
