Puerto Vallarta Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Breakfast is included and additional chef/ meal services can be offered.
Security deposit: $1,000 refundable deposit or $59 non-refundable insurance policy.
Additional person rate: $50/day for any people over 10 and up to 15
Party fee: $1500 anytime there are more than 15 people at the villa-- no exceptions!
Pool heater: $300 per stay regardless of length-- suggested December through March.
Suggested gratuity: 10% of your total stay. - Suggested gratuity for staff is 10% of the total rental, divided accordingly.

- All bathrooms in the villa are of considerable size and are completely updated. There are ample outlets and large showers in each suite bathroom. The Master Bath has stained glass windows, and a very large glass block shower with double marble and granite vanity. No one will complain about their bathrooms in this villa!
