- During the summer months of May through August, rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. Please contact me during the other times of the year if you would like to reserve a shorter period.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
This is a NON-SMOKING unit, No Pets allowed. 10% SC Sales & Accommodations tax and a $85.00 Cleaning Fee is added to the rental rate. A security deposit of $250 and 1/2 of the rent must be received no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival. The remaining balance of the rent must be received 14 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival rent and security deposit are due upon reservation. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days in advance with a full refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the security deposit shall be refunded, however, all rent shall be forfeited. If I am able to re-rent the property for the same time period, the rent shall be refunded. Linen service is available for $75.
