Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in Time to 12PM, Check-out Time. Sat to Sat, if possible. We will accept other check-in/out times if available. All Rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa or MasterCard.
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure (less on Demand Cable charges incurred, if any).
This unit will not be booked until Security Deposit is received. Rental Contracts are required and will be emailed after Deposit or Money is received.
Check-in 4pm-Check-out 12pm. -
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders (Only Visa or MasterCard accepted for overseas clients). Rental Contracts are Required and will be emailed after Deposits are received. Dates will not be book until Deposits are received.
Refunds, Cancellation and no-show policy:
$100.00 Cancellation Fee will Be Charged -- NO Exceptions.
60 Days or More Prior to Arrival -- All Funds (except cancellation fee) Will be Refunded.
31 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival - 1/2 money Refunded.
30 Days or Less - All money Lost.
No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation date.
