At the end of a perfect ski day, return to our charming home with all its luxuries. Sink into the lovely sofa and leather chairs and watch a DVD or VHS by the fireplace. For Après Ski, enjoy a drink on the covered porch or wash away your aches and pains in our outdoor hot tub. The view from the hot tub is the best in town, looking at the Deer Valley slopes and Jupiter Peak; Park City’s highest at 10,045 feet. This first floor, one-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is perfect for couples or families with children. The roomy master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and its own TV. Two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, and a sleeper couch in the living room, allow you to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Eating-in is easy, with our fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor gas barbeque grill.

The kitchen has a kitchen bar with bar stools and adjoins both the dining area and the main living room, making family time and entertaining with friends an intimate experience. Our sunny, open floor plan, exposed wood beams, stone fireplace wall, and recessed lighting all contribute to our warm, cozy atmosphere. Radiant heat comes from the floors and is controlled by 3 separate thermostats, making it comfortable for everyone there. If you like fine dining, upscale shopping, or art and photo galleries, Park City’s Historic Main Street is only a 5 minute drive away. Keep the snow off your car in our private, attached, one-car garage (plus additional off-street parking for another car). If you took a shuttle from the airport – no problem! The city’s free bus service can take you anywhere in town in minutes. The bus stop is directly in front of our condo. It’s a 90 second bus ride to Deer Valley, making it a convenient way to get to the slopes.

We usually don’t rent our home but have decided to rent it for only a few weeks this ski season – just before Christmas, during Christmas and New Year’s. As of Nov. 4, 2007, New Year's week has already been rented, but you can still stay before or during Christmas week (Dec. 6-14 and Dec. 20-27 are still available).
