Loiza Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Electricity/utility fee of $100 per week. Use of facilities fee apply to be paid to administration.
- Deposits: $300 deposit required to confirm date. $ 200 security deposit will be returned by mail after property inspection.
Rate is for 4 adults & 4 children or 6 adults. Additional adults and children rate is at $25 and $15 per person per day.
Weekly rate is for 7 days 6 nights. Minimum stay of 4 or 5 nights in some periods
Holiday week add $200 per week. (ex. dec. 31, july 25 & 27,etc) - We accept USPS Money Orders, cashiers checks and Paypal.
