Holidays are at a 10% price premium. Email me, I am typically able to respond the same day. I'm the owner of the property and actively look to maintain a full calendar of outstanding vacationers who enjoy my home while taking great care of it on their time off.
* This house is available for rent all year. The brutal, cold Winter months, November thru February, are pretty comfortable at the beach.
As for easy, free entertainment while you are living at the beach:
* If you visit in the winter, our tv's get all the NFL action.
* If you visit in the summer, our tv's get all the Major League Baseball action.
* If you get bored of sports on tv....the beach is all around you.
Security deposit of $1000, the Cleaning charge of $250 is held out of the deposit which is returned to you the week after your stay. - Reserving Your Dates:
* Its very, very easy

* If the nights are available, the price will be exactly what is listed above
* I'll email you a 2-page word document, this is our basic paperwork or contract
* Payment in full is typically required 30-60 days prior to your stay, sometimes circumstances change this
* Payments can be made in installments (when reserving dates in advance).
* If you have questions at any time, you can email or call either myself or my wife
* Payment, if timing allows, can be made by personal check thru the mail.
* Once payment in full is received, I will provide you detailed information about the house key
* Typically, we will exchange everything thru the mail, email, or over the phone. About 99% of the time, we don't even get a chance to meet in person.

- Two and one-half bathrooms in this home. The half bath is located on the ground floor. Each of the two bedrooms on the second floor has its own full bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Bedroom # 2, Tiled walls in slate & lighting provided thru built-in non-transparent glass blocks. The shower has dual, his/hers, showerheads. The shower is enclosed in clear glass and powered by a tankless water heater. This means, lots of hot, consistently hot, water for you during your stay. Master Bedroom, the master bath has a huge 6x10 jet-tub. Tankless water heater = unlimited hot water for the big tub. The bath also functions as a shower, with detachable showerhead. His/Hers sinks with full counter length mirror Skylight above the tub/shower area.

Snorkel or Dive an Underwater Park
All the sea life in the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Ecological Park is protected, and snorkelers and divers can find lobster, large fish and even the occasional (harmless) leopard sharks.
Skate the YMCA Skate park in Encinitas
SoCal is the heart and soul of skateboarding. And San Diego is where many of the top pros call home including Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, Burnquist and Shaun White. Your best chance of running into them (literally and figuratively) is at the YMCA skatepark in Encintas. Older kids can drop in with you, younger kids can be checked into day-care while Daddy and/or Mommy rip it up.
