Dorado Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250 security deposit
- $80 Administration fee and Taxes. Weekly rates are based on 6 nights/ 7 days
Regular rate $250 per night.
* Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
* After receiving our confirmation E Mail with intent to rent, your reservation will go on a 48 hour courtesy hold while we receive the deposit payment(50%). The property will only be booked after having a legal and financial commitment (deposit and signed rental contract) in hand.
*All transaction are to be made via paypal.
*Cleaning Fee: $80
A damage/ security deposit($250) is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided all provisions are met.
