We give:
- 15% discount for stay of minimum 7 nights.
- 25% discount for any booking made less than 30 days from the arrival day.
- 10% discount for return customers
Discounts are not cumulative. - During the hurricane season, we refund 100 percent of any days lost due to a storm. Also, we have a 27k generator on site with an automatic changeover switch to insure that your stay is not disrupted by one of the frequent periods of power outage on Island. This is important since power outages are very frequent -- sometimes several periods a week.

The second bedroom is either a media room or a bedroom, and it is about the same size as the first. Both are air conditioned, with sliding doors, and views from the deck. The ceilings are vaulted, with wood. All floors are tile.
