Only a few hundred feet to the beach, you can relax on the beach, poolside or at our spacious, recently renovated, Gold-rated villa.
This resort has it all: 2 pools, kiddie pool, 10 lighted tennis courts with Pro Shop, onsite bike rental, playground, picnic area, laundry facilities, onsite restaurants, and more. All of this right on the ocean within a gated community offering 24 hour security. The Welcome/Convention Center offers a general store with video rental, restaurant, lounge and nightclub.
When you finally get tired of relaxing by the water, enjoy tennis or hit the island bike trails. Hilton Head offers some of the finest golf courses in the South, as well as excellent dining.

All rentals subject to SC Tax.
The advance deposit for a two-bedroom villa is $250.00. This includes a $25.00 reservation fee that is non-refundable. Balance of reservation is due on or before 14 days prior to your arrival. If no other payment has been received, balance will be charged to the credit card provided for deposit.
If guest needs to pay by check or money order, we must receive your payment within seven (7) days.
No confirmation will be mailed until deposit is received.
No refunds on early departures, except in extreme emergency, with GM approval.
No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival then deposit will be refunded, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee and the $25.00 reservation processing fee.
We stock each villa with fresh linens prior to your arrival, but daily maid service and linens are extra and not included in the rates.
