This condo in south Scottsdale is located about two miles from Old Town and Fashion Square and is convenient to ASU and the offices near the 202 as well as Spring Training, golf and the casinos. Near Scottsdale Road and Thomas, the condo is in a settled residential neighborhood in a condo complex that is mostly owner-occupied. The pool and spa are behind the building in which the unit is located. Fully furnished with furniture, linens, tableware and TV/DVD, the condo is ideal as a short-term (1 week-1 month) vacation rental or a long-term (3-12 months) rental for corporate travelers and homeowners waiting to build. Sky Harbor Airport is about a 15-minute drive in light traffic. Note: Ask about discount for traveling nurses!
