Relax directly on the water of the Folly River. Enjoy dolphins, boats, and other wildlife from the living areas and large screened porch. The sun setting behind the water produces amazing colors. Folly Beachfront is across the river and a few short blocks. Amenities include a swimming pool and a private dock for fishing, crabbing, or picnicking. Folly Beach has a large pier for fishing as well. Stroll miles of sandy beach, check out the Morris Island lighthouse, or just lay back and enjoy the view. Entertain your family with Folly's festive shops and variety of dining choices. James Island County Park is 5 minutes away with different seasonal activities, a rock climbing wall, and a water park. Check out the light display for the winter holiday season. Downtown historic Charleston is an easy 15 minute drive. The city offers tours, carriage rides, museums, shopping, and the city aquarium.
