Please Be Aware That All Florida Home Pools Take Approx 2 Days To Heat Up To Capacity.
Please also be aware that in Florida's winter months, the temperature on occasions can be in the 30's and 40's Fahrenheit. Electric pool heaters ( exchangers ) will not operate below 52 degrees F and the pool heater is rendered ineffective, and which the management company could not assist with. The owners would not be responsible in this situation.
Please note: Rentals of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning cost $70.00 - Credit Cards accepted thru PayPal, Payment via PayPal accounts accepted
$200 per week deposit, non refundable if you cancel.
Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
If booked less than 10 weeks prior to departure the full amount is due at time of booking
A security deposit of $300 is to be paid with your balance and will be
refunded to you within 2 weeks after your stay if no damages are reported
