Hollywood Beach Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

April- October $ 1400- 2200/month, $500- $700/week. . Longer terms of 3 or more months are negotiable! - Refundable confirmation/security deposit of $350 required for weekly rentals. $1000 deposit for 1 month stay, $2000 deposit for stays of 2 months or more. Payment in full for entire stay is due 10 days prior to arrival. Persons under 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Cleaning fee of $100 per stay is automatically deducted from security deposit.
All taxes & fees are included in price for 3 months or more.
Lesser rentals will be charge local state tax.
(3 day rentals considered) Additional security deposits required for extended stays.
