Santa Cruz House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning $350, Meet and Greet $25, Damage Waiver $65, Pet Fee $75
- Reservation will be held once 50% of rates, cleaning fee and deposit has been received and secured.
Remaining balances must be received and secured within 30 days of reservation. - Cancellations must be received as soon as possible to allow owner to start re-booking process. If and when a re-booking occurs, canceling guest will receive a coupon equal to the the amount received for the re-booking, less a 10% re-booking fee, which may be applied to a future reservation.
For guests unable to take advantage of a re-booking coupon, we recommend travelers insurance.

Large upstairs 2nd bedroom has 2 extra long twins and a fold out Double Bed in the closet. The 2 cozy bedrooms downstairs each also have 2 extra long twins. Living room has two new sofa sleepers. Ones a Queen, the others a Single. Dining Room has an Inner Spring Queen Futon. Entertainment Room has a Queen sofa sleeper. Game Room has a Twin Day Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed, which can be made into a short king bed.
