- 50% down to confirm reservation at the time a reservation is made. If we do not receive your deposit with the contract within 7 days after the contract is sent, your reservation will be canceled. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A $500 security deposit is required. The security deposit is returned to you 30 days after departure if cottage is left clean (exception beds and bathrooms), undamaged, household items in place and check out prompt.
Will accept credit cards through PayPal for an additional $50 fee.
No refund of deposit given unless the unit can be re-rented at the same rate for that period.
