The security deposit is returned to you 30 days after departure if cottage is left clean (exception beds and bathrooms), undamaged, household items in place and check out prompt.
Will accept credit cards through PayPal for an additional $50 fee.
No refund of deposit given unless the unit can be re-rented at the same rate for that period.

Check-Out: Saturday prior to 10:00 a.m.
No Proms or Underage Events/Bachelor Parties! Home is in family residential area, no fireworks! You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. - Will accept credit card payments through PayPal for an additional $75.
